This is how you can build a matrix field.
Click on build tab and search for Matrix in search under Elements.
Select Matrix field.
A default matrix field with two rows and two columns will appear.
Under matrix properties, you can change question, description, rows and columns.
To add new rows & columns edit the existing values.
Multiple answers: When created, the matrix field allows the form submitters to select one column value for each row, to select multiple values, enable the Multiple answers toggle under settings.
