Managing access to a form

By default, all published NeetoForms are public, meaning anyone with the link can visit and fill out the form. There can be instances when you might want to restrict the form to a specific target audience. For example, a university might want to restrict its form to be viewed and filled by only the students of the university or a company might want to restrict responses from just its employees.

To restrict access to your form, go to the Configure tab and click on the Access control setting. Here, NeetoForm allows you to restrict access to your forms in multiple ways.

1. Secure with password

You can restrict access to your form via a password. Only people who have this password will be able to submit the form. Select the Secure with Password option and enter the password of your choice in the password field. Save the changes, and your form will now be password-protected.

2. Secure by allowing emails containing certain keywords

This feature is useful when restricting the form's access to certain email addresses.

When this option is enabled, visitors must either authorize using their Google account or enter an email to which a verification code will be sent. Only verified emails matching the allowed keywords can view and fill out the form. You can add multiple keywords to the allowed list.

For example, if you want to restrict access to the form for your company's employees, and you know each of your employees has an email with the domain @acme.com, then you can add @acme.com to the allowed keyword.

3. Private, logged-in members only

This option will only allow active team members of your NeetoForm's workspace to view and submit the form.
