Receiving notification for bounced emails

Bounced emails refer to emails that could not be delivered to the intended recipient and are returned to the sender. An email can bounce for various reasons, including the recipient's email address being invalid, the email server being temporarily unavailable, or the recipient's inbox being full.

When you enable Receive email notification, it means you want to be notified whenever someone fills out the form. This email notification, we believe, is an important notification as the recipient might have to perform certain actions after a form submission, like schedule a call or evaluate the applicant etc. If this email bounces, then there would be no way for the recipient to know that a submission occurred.

To prevent that, neetoForm notifies all the admins of an organization, via email, when an email delivery fails to the intended recipient. This bounce notification email assists in identifying issues such as incorrect or invalid email addresses, thereby prompting the necessary corrections on the Receive email notification page.
