Gmail integration to send emails

By default, all emails are sent from [email protected] to you and the submitter.

To maintain your brand identity, you can send emails from your domain by connecting your Gmail account. Once connected, you and the submitter will receive emails from the connected Gmail account, including verification emails via OTP, email notifications after submitting a response, and emails from automation rule (if set).

1. Click on the form you want to integrate Gmail account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click on Gmail.

4. Click on Sign in with Google.

5. After connecting with Gmail, you will be redirected to NeetoForm, and a message will display, "Your connected email is [email protected]."
