You can have predefined SMS templates for each form, which can be reused for sending SMS responses to your submissions. These templates allow you to define the body of your SMS
To manage email templates, you can navigate to Configure -> Message templates -> SMS templates. This section allows you to add, edit, or delete the SMS templates, along with the option to mark them as active or inactive.
Dynamic variables
SMS templates can contain dynamic content by using specific values from submissions to automatically populate relevant field information when sending templated SMS, to ensure that the content remains tailored and personalized to the recipient. This is done by using the variables feature while drafting the body of the email.
