Published state and draft state

When you publish a form and share it online, it becomes accessible to users who can fill it out. At this point, the form is considered to be in a published state.

The form is considered to be in the draft state while changes are being made to the form. During this time, users will only see the version of the form that was last published, not the updates you're working on. That's because you are still working on the form.

Once you're satisfied with the changes, you can click Publish to make the updated form live, allowing users to see the latest version.
