Twilio integration

To integrate a Twilio account with NeetoForm, you need to create an account at https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio.

Once you create an account, follow the below steps (Go to step 7 if you have a project in Twilio ready to use).

1. Visit https://www.twilio.com/console/projects/create and create a new project.

2. You will be asked to provide your phone number for a 2FA verification.

3. Once the verification is complete, you will be greeted by a welcome page.

4. Fill out the form (example in the picture below) and click the Get Started with Twilio button.

   

5. You will be directed to the console page. Select Get phone number from the given page. This is a virtual number used for sending and receiving SMS messages.

   

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will see the Account SID and Auth Token. These values will be required to integrate your Twilio account in NeetoForm.

   

Now in a new tab, open NeetoForm, and log in. Then, follow the given steps.

7. Select the form for which you want to enable the Twilio integration to send SMS.

8. Go to Configure -> Integrations and click on the Twilio Integration Card.

9. Click on Connect Twilio and fill out the form with your Twilio SID and Auth token.

10. Click on the Verify button to verify the values.

11. Once the values are verified, a select box will appear with the list of phone numbers that are configured in your Twilio account.

12. Select the phone number you want to use to send the SMS.

13. Now you have successfully integrated Twilio with NeetoForm.
