Manual UPI integration

NeetoCal supports UPI QR code payments through Razorpay. If your Razorpay account isn't approved, or you're running into issues with Razorpay, you can still collect UPI payments manually by sharing your UPI QR code directly with clients with no Razorpay integration needed. Once they complete the payment, you can verify the transaction on your end.

Setting up manual UPI payment

1. Go to the Form dashboard and open your form.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Manual UPI.

4. Click on Connect UPI.

5. Enter UPI id. You can add multiple UPI ids to receive payments from different sources for the same form.

6. Click on Add UPI ID. UPI is connected with form.

7. After setting up the manual UPI, you can set the amount on the build page.

8. You can publish your form and start accepting payments.

Confirming Payment

1. Click on More.

2. Click on Payments.

3. Click on View submission for the payment whose status is confirmation pending.

4. A pane will appear; click on Confirm payment.

5. A modal will appear; choose the UPI Id from the dropdown.

6. Enter Notes that is optional.

7. Click on Confirm.

8. Once confirmed, the payment status will be updated to Successful for that submitter.
