Once a customer submits their payment information, Razorpay processes the transaction and transfers the funds to the connected Razorpay account. This makes it easy for businesses to collect payments for products, services, or donations through their NeetoForm forms all while providing a smooth payment experience for customers.
Connecting Razorpay account to your NeetoForm
Go to the form dashboard and open your form.
On the build page, select the Razorpay element.
Click on Connect your Razorpay account.
Authorize your Razorpay account.
After setting up the Razorpay account, you can set the amount on the build page.
Once integration is completed, you can publish your form and start accepting payments.

Do I need to be on the PRO account to add a Razorpay integration?
No, you don't need to be on the PRO plan.
How much commission does NeetoForm charge?
NeetoForm does not charge any fee or commission for accepting payments. But Razorpay will apply their fees as gateway charges.
Enabling saved card Payments with Razorpay
Save your customers’ card details securely with Razorpay using tokenization. During future transactions, customers only need to enter the CVV of their previously saved card, eliminating the need to re-enter full card details each time.
To enable this feature, you’ll need to request access from Razorpay. Please refer to the documentation, submit a request, and ensure that Razorpay has activated this feature for your account.
