DigitalOcean doesn't allow you to set a CNAME record for the root domain. However, you can set up your custom domain for a subdomain.
For example, if you try to set up https://yourbusiness.com, DigitalOcean will not allow it. However, you can have https://form.yourbusiness.com., and DigitalOcean will allow you to add a subdomain.
