The "Reply-To" field in an email is used to specify an alternate email address where replies to the message should be sent. By default, when someone replies to an email, the response is directed to the address in the "From" field. However, if the sender wants replies to go to a different address, they use the "Reply-To" field.
Use Case: NeetoForm sends an email from [email protected]. If someone replies to that email, by default it would get sent to the same [email protected]. But if you want the replies to go to your email, for example [email protected], then you could do that by via the "Reply-To" field. Once configured, any replies to that email will automatically be sent to the "Reply-To" address instead of the one in the "From" field.
To summarize:
From Address: The email address that appears as the sender.
Reply-To Address: The email address where replies should be sent.
If the Reply-To field is not specified, replies will default to the From address.
